OUA has established a Youth Empowerment Program engaging local youth and addressing the barriers that prevent them from growing, learning and participating as positive influences in our society. We mentor and redirect these vulnerable youth through proper nutrition, polarity healing arts, Kathara and Reiki meditations, recycling, gardening, fine arts, performance and music so they can experience success as conscientious leaders that will strengthen the very core of our local community. OUA is committed to transforming communities, through empowering children and youth increasing the capacity of individuals and families.
